Andrew is Globalstar's Director of Sales and Marketing for the United States and the Caribbean. Mr. Radlow is responsible for all U.S. sales and marketing strategy, execution and business development. Specifically, his department is developing and implementing advertising, private and public web site management, customer information management, product development, pricing, and training programs.

Prior to joining Globalstar USA, for five years he was general manager and vice president of the board of directors at Globalstar USA for Vodafone Corporation, where he held various management positions in sales, marketing and operations. Prior to Vodafone, he was employed by AirTouch Communications (formerly PacTel Cellular) where he held management positions in marketing, engineering, and operations. His positions included director of CDMA Development and New Product Development, where he assisted with the deployment of Airtouch's first CDMA network. He also held the positions of Director of Business Development and Corporate Marketing for the U.S. market, and held management positions in Germany while participating in the roll-out of the Mannesmann D2 GSM network, the first GSM network in the world.
