ON MIGNON CLYBURN ASSUMING THE ROLE OFACTING CHAIRWOMAN

OF THE FCC

“I congratulate my friend, Mignon Clyburn, on her swearing in today as Chairwoman of the Federal
Communications Commission. She is a principled and dedicated public servant. In working with Mignon,
I have been impressed by her dedication to and concern for the public good. I have no doubt that she will
keep us on a steady path forward during this critical period. I look forward to continuing to work with her
in the days ahead.”
