ON THE PASSING OF SENATOR DANIEL K. INOUYE

The following statement can be attributed to Commissioner Robert M. McDowell:
"America has lost one of the greatest of the Greatest Generation. The passing of Senator
Daniel Inouye marks the end of an era. His distinguished career in public service touched
