FCC COMMISSIONER JESSICA ROSENWORCEL ANNOUNCES NEW STAFF
Washington, D.C.—FCC Commissioner Jessica Rosenworcel today announced theappointment of David Goldman as Senior Legal Advisor, with primary responsibility for
wireless, international, and public safety issues.
David Goldman joins the Office of Commissioner Jessica Rosenworcel from the United
States Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, where he served on detail
as Counsel to the Subcommittee on Communications, Technology, and the Internet. Before
working on Capitol Hill, Mr. Goldman served at the Commission as Policy Advisor to the Chief
of the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau. He joined the agency in the Honors Attorney
program as an Attorney Advisor in the Spectrum Competition and Policy Division of the
Wireless Telecommunications Bureau. Prior to his time at the Commission, he served as Staff
Law Clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in Chicago. He also
previously worked as an associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed in New York. Mr. Goldman has
served as a Teaching Assistant at Georgetown University Law Center and as Adjunct Professor
of Advocacy at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He is a graduate of the University of
Florida and the University of Pennsylvania School of Law.
