regarding modifications to Connect America Phase I.1
The Commission set the comment and reply comment deadlines for the Connect America Phase I
FNPRM as 30 and 45 days, respectively, after publication of the summary of the further notice in the
Federal Register.2 On December 28, 2012, a summary of the Connect America Phase I FNPRM appeared
in the Federal Register.3 Accordingly, comments will be due on January 28, 2013, and reply
comments will be due on February 11, 2013.
