Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”) herein requests an additional 180-day extension of SES-STA-20110510-00570 from December 22, 2011 throughJune 18, 2012 -- of the Special Temporary Authority1 previously granted Intelsat to test a 1.2 meter Ku-band antenna.2 Specifically, Intelsat
intends to continue communicating with its Galaxy 16 satellite at 99.0° W.L. in the following frequencies: 14002-14038 MHz (uplink) and
11702-11738 MHz (downlink). During the testing, the antenna will continue to be located at Intelsat’s Napa, California teleport.
