ERRATUM

Released: February 11, 2011

By the Office of General Counsel:
On February 4, 2011, the Commission released a Report and Order (R&O), FCC 11-16, in the
above captioned proceeding. This Erratum amends the R&O as indicated below:
1. Page 4, paragraph 8, is corrected by adding "after the issuance of an NAL" after the phrase
"for purposes of our ex parte rules".
2. Page 4, paragraph 10, is corrected by inserting the word "formal" after the words "Newly
filed" and before the words "complaints concerning common carriers under Section 208".
3. Footnotes 16 and 38 are corrected by replacing "1.711" with "1.720".
