ERRATUM
Released: October 18, 2012
By the Chief, Media Bureau:On October 12, 2012, the Commission released a Report and Order, FCC 12-126, in the above-
captioned proceeding. This Erratum amends Appendix A of the Report and Order as indicated below:
1. In section 76.630(a)(1), replace paragraph number “(vi)” with “(v)” and “(viii)” with “(vi)”.
2. In the new paragraph (v), the words “one hundred and eighty days” are corrected to read as
“one hundred and twenty days”.
