ERRATUM
Released: June 7, 2012
By the Acting Chief, Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau:On April 27, 2012, the Commission released a Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed
Rulemaking, FCC 12-42, in the above-captioned proceeding. This Erratum corrects the sixth sentence in
paragraph 151 by replacing “by promoting the fair and expeditious resolution of program carriage
complaints” with “because they help address cramming without requiring a specific format for new
disclosures or bill changes.”
