ERRATUM

Released: February 24, 2012

By the Deputy Chief, Telecommunication Access Policy Division, Wireline Competition Bureau:
On February 8, 2012, the Telecommunications Access Policy Division of the Wireline
Competition Bureau released an Order, DA 12-151, in the above-captioned proceeding. This Erratum
amends the Order as indicated below:
1.
In the first sentence of paragraph 1, the number 23 should be corrected to read as 22.
2.
In the second sentence of paragraph 1, the number 23 should be corrected to read as 22.
3.
In the Appendix, the line listing San Bernardino City Unified School District, Pelham,
Alabama should be removed in its entirety.
