By the Chief, Wireline Competition Bureau:On April 25, 2012, the Commission released a Second Order on Reconsideration, FCC 12-47, in
the above-captioned proceeding. This Erratum corrects paragraph 43 of that document to read as follows:
“This Second Order on Reconsideration contains revised information collection
requirements subject to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), Public Law No. 104-13. It
has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review under section
3507(d) of the PRA. OMB, the general public, and other Federal agencies are invited to
comment on the new information collection requirements contained in this proceeding.”
