On November 18, 2011, the Commission released a Report and Order and Further Notice of
Proposed Rulemaking (R&O and FNPRM), FCC 11-161, in the above-captioned proceeding.1 This
Erratum amends the R&O and FNPRM as indicated below:

The paragraph numbers listed in the table of contents for “XVII, XVII.A, XVII.A.1, and
XVII.A.2” are corrected to read as “1012, 1012, 1013 and 1018.”

In the title of APPENDICES E and F listed in the table of contents, the word
