ERRATUM

On February 3, 2012, the Wireline Competition Bureau and the Wireless TelecommunicationsBureau released an Order, DA 12-147, in the above-captioned proceeding.1 This Erratum amends the
Order as indicated below:

In the caption, in the fifth title, replace “an” with “a”.
2.
Paragraphs 35 and 36 are corrected to read as follows:
“IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Commission SHALL SEND a copy of this Order
to Congress and the Government Accountability Office pursuant to the Congressional Review
