ERRATUM

By the Chief, Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau:On November 21, 2012, the Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau released a Letter, DA
12-1892, in the above-captioned proceeding. This Erratum corrects the second and third sentence in the
second paragraph on page 4 to read as follows:
“Moreover we note that, although the Spectrum Act contemplates funding for incumbent
relocation, there has been no spectrum set aside for relocating T-Band licensees.”
