ERRATUM

By the Deputy Chief, Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau:
On October 14, 2010, the Commission released a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM), FCC
10-180, in the above captioned proceeding. This Erratum amends the NPRM by removing heading E and
paragraph 34 stating information regarding the Congressional Review Act and by renumbering the
remaining paragraphs accordingly.
