By the Chief, Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau:
On July 12, 2011, the Commission released a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking ("NPRM"), FCC

2. In paragraph 94 each occurrence of "258" is replaced with "301, 303, 332."
3. In footnote 163, on page 32, "Zauderer v. Office of Disciplinary Counsel, 471 U.S. 626, 637
(1985)" is corrected to read as "citing Zauderer v. Office of Disciplinary Counsel, 471 U.S. 626, 651
(1985)."
4. In paragraph 4 of Appendix C, each occurrence of "258" is replaced with "301, 303, 332."
5. The sixth sentence in paragraph 5 of Appendix C is corrected to read as follows:
"The NPRM seeks comment generally on telecommunications common carriers."
