ERRATUM

COMMENT SOUGHT ON SCOPING DOCUMENT FOR DEVELOPMENT OF A PROPOSED

PROGRAM COMMENT TO GOVERN REVIEW OF POSITIVE TRAIN CONTROL

FACILITIES UNDER SECTION 106 OF THE NATIONAL HISTORIC PRESERVATION ACT

Comment Date: November 6, 2013

By this Erratum, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (Bureau) corrects a typographical
error in the Public Notice, DA 13-1980, released September 27, 2013. Specifically, the second sentence
of the fourth paragraph is corrected to read: "Comments are due on or before November 6, 2013." This is
consistent with the Comment Date indicated in the header of the Public Notice.
