Released: December 26, 2012
By the Chief, Wireline Competition Bureau:On December 3, 2012, the Commission released an Order, FCC 12-147, in the above-captioned
proceedings. This Erratum corrects the second sentence of footnote 62 on page 11 of the Order to read as
follows:
“We plan to act on the DC PSC’s Petition expeditiously and in order to ensure that we have a
complete record on these issues, we incorporate the relevant record developed in this proceeding
into the record associated with the DC PSC’s Petition for Reconsideration.”
