By the Acting Chief, Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau:On October 17, 2012, the Commission released a Report and Order, FCC 12-129, in the above
captioned proceeding. This Erratum corrects the last sentence in paragraph (e) under Section 64.1202 to
read as follows:
“It shall not be a violation of paragraph (c) of this section to contact a number added to the
registry subsequent to the last required access to the registry by the operator of automatic dialing
or robocall equipment.”
