Association of Manufacturers (“NAM”) makes the following amendment to the 
Table of Authorities included in its July 23, 2012 initial brief:  On page viii, the 
word “passim” following the reference to the Order on review in this case should 
be replaced with the following text:  “4, 5, 7, 8, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 26.”  The
