ERRATUM

PUBLIC SAFETY AND HOMELAND SECURITY BUREAU APPROVES

REGION 44 (WEST VIRGINIA) 700 MHZ REGIONAL PLAN

WT Docket No. 02-378

On August 7, 2012, the Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau released a Public Notice,
DA 12-1279, in the above captioned proceeding. This Erratum corrects the date “August 22, 2011” in the
first paragraph to read as “February 24, 2012.”
