ERRATUM

    Released:  January 25, 2013
By the Chief, International Bureau:
On January 15, 2013, the Commission released a Second Report and Order, FCC 13-6, in the 
above captioned proceeding.  This erratum amends the Second Report and Order as indicated below:
1.  In footnote 107, in the first sentence, replace “service that:” with “service between the United 
States and a foreign point that:” and in the second sentence, replace “in 47 C.F.R. § 9.3” with “set forth in
47 C.F.R. § 9.3”.
2.  In paragraph 107, before the last sentence, add the following sentence to read as follows:
“Similarly we will amend section 1.767(l)(2) to retain the requirement for cable landing 
licensees that are affiliated with a carrier with market power in a World Trade Organization 
(WTO) Member destination country to report their circuits on those routes.”
3.  In Appendix C, on page 55, the first sentence is corrected to read as “Parts 1, 43 and 63 of the 
Commission’s rules are amended as follows:”
4.  In Appendix C, below the corrected sentence, add the following text to read as follows:
“

PART 1 – GENERAL RULES OF PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE

1.
The authority citation for part 1 is amended to read as follows:
Authority:  15 U.S.C. 79 et seq.; 47 U.S.C. 151, 154(i), 154(j), 155, 157, 225, 227, 303(r), and

Section 1.767(l)(2) is amended to read as follows:
(2) File quarterly, within 90 days from the end of each calendar quarter, a report of its active and 
idle 64 kbps or equivalent circuits by facility (terrestrial, satellite and submarine cable).”
