ERRATUM

Released: May 10, 2013

By the Acting Chief, Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau:
On April 29, 2013, the Commission released a Second Report and Order, FCC 13-57, in the
above-captioned proceeding. This Erratum amends Appendix B of the Second Report and Order by
adding the following after the title “Final Rules” on page 21 to read as follows:
The Federal Communications Commission amends 47 CFR part 14 as follows:

PART 14 – ACCESS TO ADVANCED COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES AND
EQUIPMENT BY PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

The authority citation for part 14 is revised to read as follows:
Authority: 47 U.S.C. 151-154, 255, 303, 403, 503, 617, 618, 619 unless otherwise noted.
