On December 18, 2012, the Commission released a Report and Order and Further Notice of
Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 12-153, in the above-captioned proceeding. This Erratum amends the Report
and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking as indicated below:

Footnote 29, in the fourth sentence, delete “FCC 07-184” and “FCC 07-180” and insert
