On December 26, 2012, the Wireline Competition Bureau released a Public Notice, DA 12-2063,in the above-captioned proceedings. This Erratum amends the Appendix of the Public Notice by
correcting the filing dates listed for petitioners Blue Jay Wireless, LLC and Telrite Corporation to read as
December 19, 2012 and filing date for petitioner Nexus Communications Inc. to read as December 6,
2012.
