Pursuant to section 410(c) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended,1 the
Commission appoints the Honorable Betsy Wergin, Commissioner, Minnesota Public Utilities
Commission, to serve on the Federal-State Joint Board on Jurisdictional Separations.2 This appointment
fills the position recently vacated by the Honorable Phil Montgomery, Chairman, Public Service
Commission of Wisconsin. The Commission gratefully acknowledges the contributions of Phil
Montgomery to the work of the Federal-State Joint Board on Jurisdictional Separations.

Henceforth, a copy of all filings in this proceeding shall be served on Betsy Wergin at the
