RE:

GCI Communication Corp., ACS Wireless License Sub, Inc., ACS of
Anchorage License Sub, Inc., and Unicom, Inc., Applications for FCC
Consent to the Assignment of Licenses to the Alaska Wireless Network, LLC,
WT Docket No. 12-187, WC Docket No. 09-197

Dear Ms. Brinkmann and Mr. Nakahata:
By letter dated November 7, 2012, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau advised you that it
was stopping the Commission’s informal 180-day clock for review of the above referenced
transaction until the Applicants completed their production in response to the Commission’s
October 11, 2012 Information and Document Requests. At this time, the Applicants represent
that they have substantially complied with the Information and Document Requests by
submitting all existing responsive information in their possession and control.
Based on this representation, we are restarting the 180-day clock. December 14, 2012, will be
Day 65 of the Commission’s review.
Please contact the undersigned with any questions.
Sincerely,
Ruth Milkman, Chief
Wireless Telecommunications Bureau
