Dear Ms. Brinkmann and Mr. Nakahata:
By letter dated November 7, 2012, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau advised you that it 
was stopping the Commission’s informal 180-day clock for review of the above referenced 
transaction until the Applicants completed their production in response to the Commission’s 
October 11, 2012 Information and Document Requests.  At this time, the Applicants represent 
that they have substantially complied with the Information and Document Requests by 
submitting all existing responsive information in their possession and control.
Based on this representation, we are restarting the 180-day clock.  December 14, 2012, will be 
Day 65 of the Commission’s review.
