Construction Permits

Notice is hereby given that the television translator, low
power television and Class A applications on the attached list
have been accepted for filing. These applications are not
mutually exclusive with other LPTV , TV translator and Class A
applications. Petitions to deny the applications may be filed
with the Commission within 30 days of the release of this Public
Notice. For computation of the 30-day period, see Section 1.4 of
the Commission's Rules. Such petitions should clearly bear the
caption of the applicable application.
