The Joint Parties filed three

contingent minor change applications
and Gulf South
that will be treated as a counter-
Communications, Inc.
proposal in MB Docket No. 12-271
(Pike Road, Alabama). The first
application, BPH-20121119AOG, requests that Station WDBT(FM) modify its license from Channel 229C1 at
Hartford, Alabama, to Channel 228A at Hope Hull, Alabama, as the community’s first local service. The second
application, File No. BPH-20121119AOD, requests the city of license modification of Station WDJR(FM),
Channel 245C0 from Enterprise, Alabama, to Hartford, Alabama, as a backfill station to prevent removal of
Hartford’s sole local service. The third application, File No. BPH-20121119ANF, seeks the upgrade in facilities
for Station WJRL-FM from Channel 280C3 to Channel 280C2 at Fort Rucker, Alabama, which requires the
involuntary channel substitution for Station WAAO-FM from Channel 279A to Channel 229A at Andalusia,
Alabama. The Joint Parties requests that a show cause order be issued to the licensee of Station WAAO-FM.
