INCENTIVE AUCTION TASK FORCE REMINDER ABOUT
WEBINAR FOCUSED ON REPACKING DATA
GN Docket No. 12-268On July 22, 2013, the Commission's Incentive Auction Task Force released a public notice,
accompanying data and updated computer software relevant to the repacking component of the upcoming
incentive auction. The information released included the data and a methodology for creating a
preliminary set of constraint files, which represent the results of staff analysis of whether television
stations could be assigned to particular channels or channel relationships in the incentive auction
repacking process, consistent with statutory and other requirements, based on certain preliminary

August 22, 2013 from 1 to 3pmthe Incentive Auction Task Force will
host a webinar for parties interested in learning more about the technical details of the recently-released
repacking software, data, and output files.2
Topics to be covered include:
Overview of repacking and general channel use restrictions;
Overview of OET Bulletin 69 and related statutory requirements;
Discussion of TVStudy software and performing "pairwise" interference analyses between
stations using the methodology described in OET-69; and
Description of how "domain" and "interference_paired" files (together, the "constraint files")
There will also be the opportunity for participants in the webinar to ask questions. If you would like to
