On August 30, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of 95 License Subsidiary, LLC for authority to construct, launch,
and operate a 17/24 GHz Broadcasting-Satellite Service space station at the 95.15 W.L. orbital location, which is offset 0.15 from the 95 W.L.
location specified in Appendix F to the 17/24 GHz BSS Report and Order, FCC 07-76, 22 FCC Rcd 8842 (rel. May 4, 2007). Accordingly, 95
License Sub is authorized to use the 17.3-17.8 GHz (space-to-Earth) and the 24.75-25.25 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, with the
17.7-17.8 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency band limited to international service only, at full power and with full interference protection.

On August 26, 2011, the Satellite Policy Branch granted, with conditions, the application of Satellite CD Radio LLC to modify its authorization to
operate its Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) space station, FM-6, in the 2320-2332.5 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 7050.5-7072.5
MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Specifically, Satellite CD Radio is authorized to operate FM-6 at the 116.15 W.L. orbital location,
instead of at the previously authorized location of 115.2 W.L. In addition, Satellite CD Radio is authorized to conduct in-orbit testing of FM-6 at
the 120.50 W.L. orbital location for a thirty-day period, commencing twelve days following launch, and, upon completion of that testing, to
conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations necessary to relocate FM-6 from 120.50 W.L. to 116.15 W.L. Accordingly, Satellite
CD Radio is authorized to conduct TT&C operations using the frequencies of 2321.5 MHz, 2322.0 MHz, 2330.5 MHz, 2331.0 MHz, 7052.0
MHz, and 7056.0 MHz, both to support in-orbit testing operations at 120.50 W.L. and to relocate FM-6 to 116.15 W.L. after the completion of
in-orbit testing.
