Fixed Satellite ServiceOn October 16, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of Intelsat License LLC to modify its authorization for the
Intelsat 709 space station to authorize operation of Intelsat 709 in inclined-orbit mode at the 47.5° E.L. orbital location, instead of its currently
authorized orbital location of 72.1° E.L. Intelsat is authorized to provide Fixed-Satellite Service at 47.5° E.L. in the 3700-4200 MHz
(space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.20 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.50-12.75 GHz
(space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.50 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat is also authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command
operations with the Intelsat 709 space station at the 47.5° E.L. orbital location using the following frequencies: 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz,
3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space).

provides Fixed-Satellite Service at the 67º W.L. orbital location in the following frequency bands: 3700-4200 MHz (Earth-to-space), 5925-6425
MHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space). Telemetry, tracking, and command operations use
the following center frequencies: 3700.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), 4199.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), 6423.5 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 12.1980 GHz
(space-to-Earth).

On October 18, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 60 days,
to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to effect the drift of Intelsat 702 from the 47.5º E.L. orbital location to the
33.0° E.L. orbital location, using the 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.5 MHz and 3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3
MHz (Earth-to-space) frequencies. Intelsat is also authorized, on a temporary basis, to operate Intelsat 702 in inclined orbit mode at the 33.0°
E.L. orbital location to provide Fixed-Satellite Service in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2
GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
