On November 1, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of DISH Operating L.L.C. to modify the authorization for
the EchoStar 10 space station at the 110.2° W.L. orbital location by authorizing the operation of the R10 and T48 beams in the 12.2-12.7 GHz
(space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

On October 26, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 180
days, to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the Intelsat 9 space station from the 58.0° W.L. orbital location to
the 43.10° W.L. orbital location. Intelsat is authorized to use the following center frequencies for these operations: 11.7005 GHz
(space-to-Earth), 11.7025 GHz (space- to-Earth), 14.4945 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 14.0005 GHz (Earth-to-space). Intelsat is also authorized to
operate Intelsat 9 at the 43.10º W.L. orbital location to provide Fixed-Satellite Service in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz
(Earth-to-space), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

On November 1, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 180 days to EchoStar Satellite
Operating Corporation to continue to provide Direct Broadcast Satellite service via EchoStar 6 at 76.95º W.L. using the 17.3-17.8 GHz
(Earth-to-space) and 12.2-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands. The Division also granted EchoStar authority to continue to operate
on-station telemetry, tracking, and command for EchoStar 6 at 76.95º W.L. using center frequencies of 12.203 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.204 GHz
(space-to-Earth), and 17.305 GHz (Earth-to-space).

59.85° E.L. orbital location, using the 11.451 GHz and 11.453 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 13.998 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequencies. Intelsat is
also authorized, on a temporary basis, to provide Fixed-Satellite Service (FSS) via Intelsat 7 at the 59.85° E.L. orbital location in the 3400-3700
MHz (space-to-Earth), 6425-6725 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 13.75-14.25
GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space).

(space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-11.95 GHz
(space-to-Earth), 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat is also authorized to continue to
conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain Intelsat 701 at the 157.0º E.L. orbital location, using the following
center frequencies: 3947.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), 3948.0 MHz (space-to-Earth), 3952.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), 3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth),
6173.7 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space).
