On November 13, 2012, the Satellite Division granted special temporary authority to Iridium Constellation LLC for a period of 30 days to modify
the operations of its 'Big LEO' band non-geostationary satellite orbit constellation. Specifically, Iridium is authorized to operate satellite SV023
as a non-transmitting spare satellite approximately 300 kilometers behind satellite SV094 at an altitude of approximately 778 kilometers.

A typographical error appeared in the authorization and public notice text for the grant of the application of GeoEye License Corp. to add
authority to launch and operate an additional Earth Exploration Satellite Service space station, GeoEye-2, as part of its
non-geostationary-orbit satellite system. See Public Notice, DA 12-1629, SAT Report No. SAT-00904 (rel. Oct. 12, 2012). The correct
telemetry center frequency that was requested and authorized should have been listed as 8036 MHz, rather than 8039 MHz.
