via EchoStar 15 at the 44.9° W.L. EchoStar is also authorized to conduct feeder link operations in the 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency
bands.

the U.S. market in the 3625-3700 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5850-5925 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands via the NSS-7 space station at the
20° W.L. orbital location. The operations of NSS-7 addressed by this grant are licensed by the Administration of the Netherlands.

On December 7, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 180
days, to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the Intelsat 10 space station from the 68.5º E.L.
orbital location to the 47.5° E.L. orbital location, and to maintain Intelsat 10 upon its arrival at 47.5° E.L., using the following center frequencies:
12.7475 GHz and 12.7485 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 14.0005 GHz and 14.4995 GHz (Earth-to-space). Intelsat is also authorized, on a temporary
basis, to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Intelsat 10 at the 47.5° E.L. orbital location in the 3400-3700 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz
(Earth-to-space), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.25-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

On December 7, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 180
days, to continue to perform telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the Intelsat 7 space station from the 68.65º E.L.
orbital location to the 59.85° E.L. orbital location, and to maintain Intelsat 7 upon its arrival at 59.85° E.L., using the following center
frequencies: 11.451 GHz and 11.453 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 13.998 GHz (Earth-to-space). Intelsat is also authorized, on a temporary basis, to
provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Intelsat 7 at the 59.85° E.L. orbital location in the 3400-3700 MHz (space-to-Earth), 6425-6725 MHz
(Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 13.75-14.25 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

On December 13, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority, for a period of 30 days, to EchoStar Satellite
Operating Corporation to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift EchoStar 6 from its currently authorized orbital
location of 76.95° W.L. to the 76.80° W.L. orbital location, and to maintain EchoStar 6 at 76.80° W.L., using the following center frequencies:
17305.0 MHz (Earth-to-space); and 12203.0 MHz, 12204.0 MHz (space-to-Earth). EchoStar is also authorized, on a temporary basis, to provide
Direct Broadcast Satellite service via EchoStar 6 from the 76.80° W.L. orbital location on DBS channels 1-32 with feeder links in the 17.3-17.8
GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency band and service links in the 12.2-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency band.
