Operating Corporation to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain EchoStar 6 at 76.80° W.L., rather than at
the previously authorized orbital location of 76.95° W.L., using the following center frequencies: 17.3050 GHz (Earth-to-space); and 12.2030
GHz, 12.2040 GHz (space-to-Earth). EchoStar is also authorized, on a temporary basis, to provide Direct Broadcast Satellite service via EchoStar
6 from the 76.80° W.L. orbital location on DBS channels 1-32 with feeder links in the 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency band and service
links in the 12.2-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency band.

On January 15, 2013, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days,
to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the Galaxy 11 space station from its current orbital location of 55.5º
W.L. to the 55.6º W.L. orbital location and to maintain the Galaxy 11 space station at that location, using the following center frequencies:
14.0005 GHz and 14.4985 GHz (Earth-to-space); and 11.701 GHz and 11.702 GHz (space-to-Earth). Intelsat is also authorized, on a temporary
basis, to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Galaxy 11 in the 10.95-11.20 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 13.75-14.50
GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, both during the drift to 55.6º W.L. and after arrival at that location.
