On February 28, 2013, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 180
days, to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain the Galaxy 11 space station at the 55.6º W.L.
orbital location using the following center frequencies: 14.0005 GHz and 14.4985 GHz (Earth-to-space); and 11.701 GHz and 11.702 GHz
(space-to-Earth). The grant also authorizes Intelsat to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Galaxy 11 in the 10.95-11.20 GHz (space-to-Earth),
11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 13.75-14.50 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands from the 55.6º W.L. orbital location.

On February 28, 2013, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30
days, to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the Intelsat 5 space station from the 169.0° E.L.
orbital location to the 65.45° E.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 14.498 GHz and 13.999 GHz (Earth-to-space); and
11.451 GHz, 11.452 GHz, and 11.454 GHz (space-to-Earth).
