The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commissionreserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions,
oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's
rules, unless otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Amendment
Intelsat License LLC amends its pending application, IBFS File No. SAT-LOA-20121025-00187, for authority to launch and operate a space
station, to be known as Intelsat 30. Intelsat seeks to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Intelsat 30 using the 3400-3700 MHz (space-to-Earth),
6425-6675 MHz (Earth-to-space), 6675-6725 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.98-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth),
11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 13.75-14.0 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. In its amendment,
Intelsat (1) changes the requested orbital location from 95.1º W.L. to 95.05º W.L.; (2) removes its request for waiver of Section 25.210(j) of the
Commission's rules; (3) provides technical updates; and (4) requests a waiver of the full frequency reuse requirement in Section 25.210(f) of the
Commission's rules with respect to the C-band payload.
