The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commissionreserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions,
oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's
rules, unless otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Intelsat seeks a waiver of the U.S. Table of Frequency Allocations, Section 2.106 of the Commission's rules, in connection with its request.

SES Americom, Inc. requests an extension of the license expiration date for the AMC-3 space station at 67º W.L. by five years, from September
30, 2012, to September 30, 2017, and requests authority to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to de-orbit AMC-3 at
end of life. AMC-3 provides Fixed-Satellite Service in the following frequency bands: 3700-4200 MHz (Earth-to-space), 5925-6425 MHz
(space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space). Telemetry, tracking, and command operations use the
following center frequencies: 3700.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), 4199.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), 6423.5 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 12.1980 GHz
(space-to-Earth).
