The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commissionreserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions,
oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's

Launch and Operating Authority
Intelsat License LLC requests authority to construct, launch, and operate a space station, to be known as Intelsat 30, at the 95.1° W.L. orbital
location. Intelsat seeks authority to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Intelsat 30 using the 3400-3700 MHz (space-to-Earth), 6425-6675 MHz
(Earth-to-space), 6675-6725 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.98-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz
(space-to-Earth), 13.75-14.0 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat requests authority to conduct
telemetry, tracking, and command operations using the following center frequencies: 11.1980/11.1985 GHz and 11.19925/11.19975 GHz
(space-to-Earth); 13.7505 GHz and 14.0035 GHz (Earth-to-space). Intelsat seeks waivers of Footnote 2 of Section 25.202 (a)(1), Section
25.210(j), and footnote NG104 of the U.S. Table of Allocations, Section 2.106.

Intelsat License LLC requests to modify its authorization for the Intelsat 706 space station to specify operations in inclined-orbit mode at 157.0°
E.L. instead of at Intelsat 706's currently authorized location of 47.5° E.L. Intelsat requests authority to provide Fixed-Satellite Service at 157.0°
E.L. via Intelsat 706 in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.7
GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-11.95 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
Intelsat also requests authority to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations at 157.0° E.L. using the following center frequencies:
3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.5 MHz, 3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space). Intelsat seeks
waivers of Sections 25.202(g), 25.210(a)(1), 25.210(a)(3), 25.210(i) and 25.211(a) of the Commission's rules.
