Modification
LightSquared Subsidiary LLC requests an extension of the license term for the MSAT-2 space station at 103.3º W.L. for one year, from December
31, 2012, to December 31, 2013, to afford more time for transitioning customers to its second-generation space station, SkyTerra-1. MSAT-2
operates service links to customers in the following frequency bands: 1530-1544 MHz (space-to-Earth), 1545-1559 MHz (space-to-Earth),
1631.5-1645.5 MHz (Earth-to-space), 1646.6-1660.5 MHz (Earth-to-space). Feederlinks for MSAT-2 are in the 13.0-13.15 GHz and 13.20-13.25
GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Telemetry, tracking, and command operations use the following center frequencies: 11.7005 GHz and
11.701 GHz (space-to-Earth); 14.0005 GHz and 14.4995 GHz (Earth-to-space).

Modification
Iridium Constellation LLC requests modification of its authorization for a constellation of non-geostationary-orbit Mobile-Satellite Service space
stations to permit a spare satellite to be positioned in a parking orbit at the mission altitude of 778 km., approximately 300 kilometers behind one
of the operational satellites in the Iridium constellation, rather than in the currently-authorized parking orbit at 645 km. The spare satellite will
conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations in the 19.4-19.6 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 29.1-29.3 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency
bands. Iridium Constellation requests waiver of Section 25.117(c) of the Commission's rules to allow omission of Schedule S information from
the modification application.
