This letter grants the request of Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. ("TDS") seeking dismissal of
its application for review of an order of the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (the "Bureau") released
on April 10, 2006. 1
In its application for review,2 TDS asked the Commission to review the Bureau's decision to
dismiss TDS's petition for reconsideration of the Bureau's August 8, 2003 Order, which granted a motion
filed by Airadigm Communications, Inc ("Airadigm").3 Airadigm filed responsive comments on May 25,
2006.4 On March 28, 2011, TDS filed its Withdrawal Request.
Having reviewed the facts and circumstances surrounding TDS's Withdrawal Request, we
conclude that given the resolution of related bankruptcy litigation, we need not address the issues raised
by TDS's application for review and that grant of this request serves the public interest.5 Accordingly,
the withdrawal request filed by TDS is granted. TDS's application for review is dismissed with
prejudice.
