Upon initial review the filing appears to be complete. See 47 C.F.R. 51.325 through 51.335. Specific
network change information can be obtained on the Internet at:
The incumbent LEC's certification(s) refer(s) to the change(s) identified below:

Type of Change(s) Planned

Location of Change(s)

The GA DOT is planning to lower GA Hwy-316
Lawrenceville, GA
approx. 25 ft to construct a new bridge along Buford
Dr. (GA Hwy-20) over GA Hwy-316. This relocation
of the existing GA Hwy-316 will cause the loss of
approx. 2.0kf of 12-4"MCD along Buford Dr. (GA
Hwy-20). This will impact (4) SAI(s). New DLC will
be placed and existing services will be cut from the
copper facilities feeding from the Central Office to the
new/existing fiber fed DLC facilities.

The network change(s) identified herein shall not be implemented within six months of the date of notice
provided to the public under section 51.329(a). See 47 C.F.R. 51.331(a)(1); see also 47 C.F.R.
