Site Based Licenses

Termination Pending Public Notice

This Public Notice lists those licenses and license components that the Commission's Universal Licensing
System (ULS) has placed in "Termination Pending" status. According to the Bureau's licensing records, the
licensee did not file the Required Notice of Construction no later than 15 days after the construction
deadline, see 47 C.F.R. § 1.946(d), or a Request for an Extension of Time before the expiration of the
construction deadline, see id. 1.946(e), for the listed license or license components. If a licensee does not
file the Required Notification or Extension of Time request, the Bureau presumes that the license or license
component has not been constructed. Licensees that did meet their construction requirement have 30 days
from the date of this Public Notice to file a petition for reconsideration showing that they have timely met the
construction deadline.
In filing a petition for reconsideration, the licensee must include the actual date when construction was
completed. Petitions for reconsideration may be filed electronically through ULS or by paper through the
Office of the Secretary. To file electronically, visit the ULS web site at http://wireless.fcc.gov/uls/ and click
on the "Submit a Pleading" link, complete the administrative information, and upload your petition for
reconsideration. If filing by paper, the petitions for reconsideration should be directed to the Wireless
Telecommunications Bureau and should further include, on the first page, the license Call Sign, Radio
Service, and name of the Licensing Division reviewing the petition. This information is provided in the tables
below. For further information on filing a petition for reconsideration, visit the Wireless Telecommunications
Bureau website at http://wireless.fcc.gov/rules.html and select "Part 1 - Practice and Procedure." The rules
for petitions for reconsideration can be found at Section 1.106, 47 C.F.R. § 1.106. For filing addresses, visit
