   Dear Mr. Williams:

   By letter dated February 20, 2007, we notified you that the trustee of the
   repeater system operating in your area on 147.360, 223.940 and 447.825 MHz
   has requested in writing that you refrain from use of the repeaters. The
   request was issued as a result of your failure to follow operational rules
   set forth by the licensee/control operators of the repeater system for its
   users. You were requested to respond to the letter stating what action you
   were taking to comply with the trustee's directive.

   Your reply dated March 12, 2007 is returned for signature. Additionally,
   the trustee has clarified the call sign of the repeaters on which your
   operation is prohibited. It is WA2ZLB.
