Connect America Cost Model, Version 3.1Protective Order
To obtain access to the model, an executed acknowledgment of confidentiality (Appendix A of the protective order) must be filed with the Bureau and served on the counsel of record for CostQuest. It may be filed electronically with the Bureau using the ECFS. An executed end-user licensing agreement (Appendix B of the protective order) is also required for access to the model. An executed non-disclosure agreement (Appendix C of the protective order) is also required for access to model source code. Depending on the access desired, one or both must be served on CostQuest (see service instructions in para. 6, footnote 10 of the protective order).
