Petitioner sought reversal of a USAC decision upholding late fees and interest assessed for late payment of monthly USAC invoices. The Bureau finds that USAC properly sent invoices to the billing address on file and properly instructed Bestel on the procedures for updating registration information.

  • Baltimore-Washington Telephone Company Order: Wireline Competition Bureau denies a request for review and petition for waiver filed by Baltimore-Washington Telephone Company. Petitioner sought reversal of a USAC decision upholding late fees arising from late filings of FCC Form 499-A or, in the alternative, waiver of the late fees assessed. The Bureau finds that USAC correctly assessed the late fees and that Petitioner failed to show good cause for waiver.
