Pursuant to the above-referenced order, the informal complainants listed in the link below, EUCL Defendant Notification List, have provided notice of intent to pursue their claim(s). The List will be updated twice to ensure that all timely filed submissions are included. The List will initially be updated by Monday, April 25, 2005. The final version of the List will be posted on Wednesday, May 18, 2005. The May List will include any certified mail notifications that were postmarked by April 22, 2005.
