The FCC is dedicated to ensuring that all data it disseminates reflect a level of quality commensurate with the nature and timeliness of the information. Futher, the FCC seeks to disseminate all its data as broadly and promptly as possible so that the public can benefit from the FCC's work of ensuring vital and innovative communication services are available to all Americans at reasonable prices. In keeping with this commitment, and in accordance with OMB requirements, the FCC follows the guidelines noted below for the development and dissmenination of agency information. These guidelines and the associated Data Quality comment form relate only to information released directly by the FCC. If you have a concern about the activities and practices of the industries that the FCC regulates, please send your comment to fccinfo@fcc.gov.

Filing Complaints or Appeals
Parties interested in filing a complaint about an information dissemination product disseminated by the FCC, or appealing the resolution of a complaint about an information dissemination prodcut covered by the FCC's Information Quality Guidelines should first read Appendix A, Section 4 of the guidelines (pages 9-10).
Please DO NOT use this form if your concern or complaint is about activities of the industries regulated by the FCC. Typical of these type of concerns are obscenity or indecency during a radio or television broadcast, billing or telephone service issues, or violations of do-not-call or do-not-fax rules. Concerns with the activities of the industries that the FCC regulates are consumer complaints which are addressed on our File a Complaint web page.
Those who have a concern about an information product directly disseminated by the FCC can file a complaint by providing the information identified. This information can be submitted electronically by clicking on the link found on the complaint page or by mailing the information to the Federal Communications Commission, 445 12th Street, SW, Data Quality Comments, Room 1-B115, Washington, DC 20554.
